In its current iteration, Pocket STCW presents a practical, user-oriented toolkit for managing STCW certificates on the go.

• Upload your STCW certificates in any format or simply by taking a photo, and view, download, and share them as needed.
• Stay on top of expiry dates with unobtrusive notifications that you can tailor to your preferred cadence.
• Save embarkations and career milestones, including certificates of other types, in the dedicated "Other certificates" section.
• Consult weather information and learn about the mandatory and optional requirements associated with your title.
• If you have a Wi‑Fi printer, print uploaded certificates or export summaries of STCW certificates, embarkations, or "Other certificates" with a single click.
• When you change title or department, navigate to the "Personal Area" to update your profile; the app automatically displays the certificates required for the new title.
